Compliance

Built around 22 CFR 62.32.

The U.S. rules for foreign recruiting partners are strict. Here is what we commit to, in writing.

Compliance

Our commitments under 22 CFR 62.32

  • We start recruiting only after we sign a written agreement with a designated sponsor.
  • We give every student an itemized list of program fees in writing, and we report those fees to the sponsor.
  • Our own staff do all screening and orientation. We do not subcontract them.
  • We make no payments or gifts to U.S. host employers.
  • Student payments go into a separate account and are never used as operating funds.
  • We use your logo or name only in materials you have reviewed and approved.
